Credit Analyst/Loan File Specialist (Salina)
The purpose of this position is to perform financial spreads, credit analysis, and written loan presentations on new and existing loan relationships to assist the loan officers and loan committee in making informed and thorough loan decisions. This job requires knowledge of accounting, tax returns, financial statement analysis, ratio analysis and the ability to communicate this knowledge orally and in writing. This position will work with multiple team members.

A full-time position in our McPherson market that will assist lenders with a variety of tasks. Duties include handling loan customer inquiries, information verification, documentation tracking, loan maintenance and other miscellaneous tasks. Financial experience is preferred, but not required.
Ideal candidate will:
- Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Be a self starter who can multi-task and manage time well
- Enjoy a mixture of customer facing interactions and working independently
Consumer/Residential Real Estate Lender (McPherson)

- Excellent communication and business development skills
- Community involvement and the ability to work independently
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business or related studies
- 2-3 years banking/lending experience is preferred but not required.
