Universal Banker (Abilene)
The right candidate for this position will be dedicated to providing an exceptional customer service at the teller line and new accounts desk. Universal Bankers will become familiar with assessing customer needs to recommend appropriate products and services. They should have the ability to learn new things while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
Marketing Coordinator (Salina)
This position is responsible for the development, management and execution of marketing plans and events that support the bank’s strategic goals. As Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for all aspects of First Bank Kansas’ brand management. This includes items such as creating and scheduling social media posts, updating the First Bank Kansas website, creating ad copy and campaigns as well as coordinating with vendors for placement and delivery of materials and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years relevant marketing experience, a Marketing degree or equivalent education and working knowledge of Wordpress, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Google analytics, and various media platforms that include Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
Commercial Services Specialist (Salina)
This full-time position will require a high degree of business banking product knowledge and being able to analyze the needs of business customers. Some duties will include preparing proposals and pricing services, onboarding and training new business banking customers and taking phone calls to answer questions, resolve problems and research issues as needed. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and the desire to develop new business for the bank. Other important qualities we are looking for are excellent verbal and written communications skills, outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, exceptional customer service qualities, and the ability to complete multiple tasks in a timely manner. Commercial product knowledge would be beneficial, but not required.
Commercial Services Manager
First Bank Kansas is seeking an experienced banker to lead their Commercial Services team. The successful candidate will have management skills and enjoy business development. If you are looking for an exciting and fast-paced career opportunity and have an outgoing personality and a desire to develop new business for the bank, we would like to talk with you. Commercial product knowledge would be beneficial but not required. Other important qualities we are looking for are excellent verbal and written communications skills, outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, exceptional customer service qualities, and the ability to complete multiple tasks in a timely manner. This position is intended to manage, update and expand our existing products and services offered to business customers of all sizes. Travel to customers and bank locations will be required along with attendance and participation in bank-sponsored events.
