First Bank Kansas was formed as a banking organization in 1961 by Glenn Bramwell at our present day main office located at 235 S Santa Fe in Salina. The R.H. “Dick” Zimmerman family purchased the bank in 1967. The Frank Whitham family purchased the bank in 1981 and later sold to the John Sutherland family in 1983.

We have Salina covered with 3 convenient locations and are also thankful to serve the communities of Abilene, Ellsworth, Hutchinson, Lindsborg and McPherson.
