FBK Celebrates Loy's 20th Anniversary

05/12/2023

First Bank Kansas is pleased to celebrate Rebecca Loy’s 20th anniversary with the company. Loy began her FBK career as a Customer Service Representative working part time in college. After graduation Loy moved into Loan Operations. She worked as the Loan Operations Manager for a time before moving into the Finance Department in 2014 where she now serves as Vice President.

Loy grew up in Ellsworth County and graduated from Kansas Wesleyan University. “Working for First Bank Kansas is like working with family. Each day I’m presented with different challenges and knowing that our team will work together to attain the goals of the bank is most satisfying,” said Loy. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her four children and supporting their various activities.

“Rebecca is one of the most knowledgeable and loyal employees at First Bank Kansas. She is the go-to person for almost everyone with a question and keeps the ship pointed in the right direction,” says Chief Financial Officer Andrew Manley.

Please join us in congratulating Rebecca on this milestone!
