Get ready for some scenic drives, thoroughbred horses grazing on rolling hills and some amazing natural beauty as we discover Kentucky.   Visit the world’s most legendary racetrack, Churchill Downs, home of the Kentucky Derby as you stroll through their historic grounds.  Enjoy history-in-the-making at the factory where world-famous Louisville Slugger bats are created.  Experience Ark Encounter featuring a full-size Noah’s Ark, built according to the dimensions given in the bible and Creation Museum, a museum that brings the bible to life. Visit Toyota’s largest vehicle manufacturing plant in North America.  We will tour THE place to get close to horses featuring dozens of different breeds of horses at work and at play at the Kentucky Horse Park.  Take a historic tram tour in an underground adventure rich in history, geology, mining and see what a giant man-made cavern looks like.  Experience Kentucky with us, a feeling, like sunshine in the winter or rain on a warm spring day.



  • Kentucky Derby Museum

    • An American Thoroughbred horse racing museum celebrating the tradition, history, and pride of the world-renown event that is the Kentucky Derby.
  • Gasthof Amish Village

    • An “oasis in the farmland” including restaurant, antiques and unique shops
  • A guided tour with a step-on-guide of Louisville, Kentucky

  • Louisville Slugger Museum

    • Fun right off the bat! Take a factory tour where Louisville Slugger bats are crafted with the same pride since it started in 1884.  Watch the wood chips fly as you encounter each step in the bat making process.  Smell the wood, hear great stories and witness history-in-the-making.
  • Derby Dinner Playhouse

    • Dine & see the production of “Oklahoma”  A classic that brings the West alive with its jubilant dance numbers, romantic tale, and enchanting songs.  An American Musical favorite!
  • Ark Encounter

    • Featuring a full size Noah’s Ark, built according to the dimensions in the bible, including three decks depicting the biblical tale with interactive exhibits
  • Creation Museum

    • Venture through biblical history, stunning exhibits, botanical gardens, planetarium, and more. 
  • Toyota Visitor Center and plant tour

    • Board a tram and see hundreds of robots join together steel parts with thousands of spot welds, often signaled by a burst of flashing sparks.  Next, tour the Customer Satisfaction Line, where doors, fenders, hood & the back hatch are installed to complete the body ready for paint.  Ride through the assembly shop where you’ll see axles, wire harnesses, instrument panels, seats, carpets and trim added to the body to create the final product.
  • Kentucky Horse Park

    • Will have opportunities to engage with, learn about and be enchanted by the beauty, strength and spirit of the horse.  The excitement of the racetrack is brought to life by the elite group of champion horses that reside at the Hall of Champions.
  • Parade of Breeds

    • With music, narration and interaction, humankind’s six thousand year partnership with the horse is brought to life.  From the rarest of breeds to the iconic quarter horse, breed representatives perform in hand and under saddle.  You will have the opportunity to take photos, pet the horses and chat with the riders.
  • Barrell House Distillery

    • Tour and tasting. Distillery are makers of Devil John Moonshine, Pure Blue Vodka, Devil John Dark Shine, Oak Rum and Rock Castle Bourbon. 
  • Claudia Sanders Dinner House (wife to Colonel Sanders)

    • It is from this very building that Kentucky Fried Chicken grew into a world-wide organization.  The one hundred twenty five year old dwelling, Blackwood Hall, which is adjacent to the Dinner House, served as Colonel Sander’s residence. The dinner house is draped in southern charm 
  • Louisville Mega Cavern

    • A historic Tram tour will take you on an underground adventure and is part of 17 miles of corridors located beneath the city of Louisville.  See sights and facts of the early mining operations, hear about their storm dog and pigeon eating hawk and more surprises around every corner.
  • Dream Car Museum

    • The Midwest’s most extensive collection of exotic and vintage cars from the 20’s to the 60’s, enriched by a world class display of automotive memorabilia.  Vintage signs, fully restored gas pumps, and other rare items.  Cars from movies, television and racetracks.  A truly unique chance to see these automobiles in person.
  • Warm Springs Ranch

    • Here’s your chance to go behind the scenes and get up close and personal by touring the headquarters of the Budweiser Clydesdales’ Breeding Operation.  Find out what it takes to breed a legend.
