Community Contest Official Rules
- Eligibility
- Top of Wallet Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Open to the public; no affiliation with First Bank Kansas is required to enter. Employees of First Bank Kansas as well as immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each employee are not eligible. The Top of Wallet Contest is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Sponsor
- The contest is sponsored by First Bank Kansas, headquarters located at 235 S Santa Fe, Salina, Kansas 67401.
- Agreement to Official Rules
- Participation in the contest constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these official rules and the decisions of First Bank Kansas hereinafter “Sponsor”, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
- Contest Period
- The Contest begins on November 25, 2022 and ends on December 16, 2022 (the “Contest Period”). Entries that are submitted before or after the Contest Period will be disqualified. Submissions will be accepted for the duration of the contest using any of the following methods:

- How to Enter

- Usage of First Bank Kansas Debit Mastercard: Each day of the week has a specific category of items you may purchase with your First Bank Kansas Debit Mastercard. Monday – coffee shops, Tuesday – Take Out, Wednesday – Wildcard/Anything, Thursday – Retail, Friday – Gas, Saturday – Anything, Sunday – Supermarket/Groceries. The winner must be in good standing with the Sponsor to win the prize. Overdrawn accounts do not have the opportunity to win.
- Via Drop Off: This method of entry will be available for the entire Contest Period. On a 3×5 card, handprint your full name, complete address, phone number, date of birth, email address and drop off in an envelope to any First Bank Kansas location. - Number of entries will determine odds of winning

- Prize Drawing

- One winner will be randomly selected each day of the contest. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner via telephone. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days of the first attempt to contact him/her, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining non-winning, eligible entries.

- General Conditions

- In the event that the operations, security, or administration of the Contest is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, computer virus, unauthorized human intervention or other technical problem, or in the event the contest is unable to run as planned for any other reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, the Sponsor may, either (a) suspend the contest to address the impairment and the resume the contest in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of the Official Rules or (b) terminate the contest and, in the event of termination, award the prize at random from the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.

- Release and Limitations of Liability

- By participating in the contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and other companies associated with the Contest.

- Privacy

- Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy. Participant acknowledges that Sponsor will not do any tax reporting on winnings unless required by law. It will be the responsibility of the participants to comply with tax reporting requirements.
