Call Center Representative/Operations Support

Call center staff are expected to attempt to assist the customer with their question without being transferred. This position also performs specialized duties relating to card products and services. In addition to specific tasks, you will provide project support and problem resolution to the Deposit Operations department. Exceptional communication, computer skills, and above average technical knowledge are required. This fast-paced environment requires the ability to multi-task with great accuracy.
