PERSONAL BANKER  Salina

This position will assess and handle customer banking needs, process customer/account information and cross- sell appropriate bank products and services. If you are a people person with a pleasant personality and project a professional appearance, this could be the perfect job for you.  The successful candidate will have excellent communication and sales skills.  A working knowledge of computers is necessary and previous banking experience helpful, but not required. Some Saturdays required.

 

DEPOSIT OPERATIONS SUPPORT Salina

This position performs a variety of duties as part of the Deposit Operations Team and functions as the primary overflow support to the Call Center. The tasks as described below require excellent work ethic & organizational skills, a strong knowledge of bank operations and the ability to complete multiple tasks in a timely manner. Problem Solving, decision-making and accuracy are essential traits of the right candidate. Potential team members should understand that their success is measured by the success of the team. Inspiring a positive attitude in others and having a can-do attitude is essential and non-negotiable.

 

AG & COMMERCIAL LENDER TRAINEE Salina

We are searching for a confident and motivated team member capable of becoming a successful Ag Lender for our growing community bank.  This person will assist with expansion and growth opportunities in McPherson County and surrounding markets.  Our culture is team oriented, customer and community focused and we make loan decisions locally. This position is primarily responsible for servicing and growing an existing ag loan portfolio. Community involvement and the ability to work independently is a must. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture or related studies is preferred but not required.

 

CONSUMER/RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE LENDER  Hutchinson

We are looking for a confident and motivated team member capable of becoming a top notch Real Estate/Consumer Lender.  This person will assist with expansion and growth opportunities in the Hutchinson market while establishing rapport with realtors. This position is primarily responsible for developing and servicing a real estate loan portfolio. If you are a people person with a pleasant personality and professional appearance, this could be the perfect job for you.  The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and business development skills. Community involvement and the ability to work independently is a must. A Bachelor’s degree in Business or related studies and 2-3 years banking/lending experience is preferred but not required.

 

AG & COMMERCIAL CREDIT ANALYST Salina

The purpose of this position is to perform financial spreads, credit analysis and written loan presentations on new and existing loan relationships to assist the loan officers and loan committee in making informed and thorough loan decisions. Job requires knowledge of financial statements, loan documents, collateral perfection, bank regulations and the ability to communicate this knowledge. The ideal candidate must have an understanding of agriculture and experience in analyzing agricultural credits. We are looking for someone with the capacity to grow and manage the credit analyst department. A Bachelor’s degree in Business or related studies and at least four years credit analyst experience is preferred.
