This position is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience to all inbound phone calls to the bank and performs specialized duties relating to card products and services. This person will also perform document scanning, provide project support and problem resolution to the Deposit Operations department. A qualified candidate for this position will possess great communication skills and have above average computer and technical skills.
